Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for all eligible products. You may apply for a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
To qualify for return or exchange, all items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and kept in original condition with all brand tags, labels and original packaging intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate apparel, swimwear and custom-made products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
For non-quality related returns, the return shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer. For defective products, incorrect items or other problems caused by our side, we will cover the return shipping fee and provide full refund, replacement or other after-sales solutions accordingly.
