All international cross-border orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, local taxes and other related charges formulated by the destination country’s official policies. All these additional fees are not included in product prices and shipping fees, which shall be undertaken by the buyer.
Luminaros is not responsible for customs delays, package detention, extra tariffs or order returns caused by local customs rules and regulations. We will provide complete official invoices and customs declaration documents to assist customers with smooth customs clearance.
